Here you'll be able to see origin, destination, service, current status and key scan events as we roll out live tracking across city, regional and international lanes – from local drops to routes like Rotterdam → New York or Toronto → Dubai.

How tracking will work

• Each shipment gets a unique Proline tracking ID.
• Status updates as cargo is picked up, scanned through hubs and delivered.
• History of key events along the route.
• Optional customer portal in V2 for regular shippers.

The tiles below are a visual demo for now. As tracking is wired in, the same structure will power real-time status and history for every shipment.

Enter your Proline tracking ID on the homepage, or find your group below using the first three characters of your tracking code. Each group will eventually open a secure tracking view where you can see live status updates for your shipment, whether it's a city courier run or a full container on an international lane.

Example: PLX-2025-000123 for a same-day courier shipment, PLR-2025-000456 for a regional freight movement, or PLS-2025-000789 for a sea freight container on a route like Rotterdam → New York.

When tracking is fully wired in, each shipment ID will either be searchable directly or grouped into one of these categories based on its prefix (for example PLX for city courier or PLR for regional freight). This keeps the system simple for customers while allowing Proline to grow into new services and corridors over time.
